Patient Transfers Practice

When a patient logs into the Viso app, NHS login confirms which patient belongs to which practice.

Patient Transfers to Practice WITH Viso Access

If a patient moves from one practice to another, Viso will require the new practice to “accept” the patient before they can continue using the Viso app.

Patient Transfers to Practice WITHOUT Viso Access

If a patient moves from a practice using Viso to a practice that does not use Viso, the patient will receive an alert and will no longer be able to use the Viso app.
